Julia McDonald is a powerful artist and poignant songwriter based out of Orlando, FL. Her debut single, ‘Games’ exposed her soul and style to the world while managing to preserve the 18 year olds incredible depth and honesty. In the past year, her songs have been performed for audiences throughout Central Florida, showcased at the 2016 Florida Music Festival, House of Blues “Orlando Rocks”, and were used to open for Grammy nominated Singer/Songwriter Andrew Duhon and Joshua Davis from The Voice.

In May, 2016, she released her debut EP, “Gravity”, produced by renowned producer Brooks Paschal (Versa Emerge, There for Tomorrow) in Orlando, FL. ‘No Good For Me’, a single from the Gravity EP received Semi-Finalist recognition from the Song of the Year international songwriting contest in August, 2016. Julia recorded her next single at Studio City Sound, (Studio City, CA) with Multi-Platinum Producer Kevin De Clue to be released in summer, 2016.
De Clue, based out of Los Angeles, CA, began working with Julia after discovering her on Reverbnation, where Julia holds tight to the #1 rank in the Singer/Songwriter category, as well as, boosting #1 regionally, stated, “the minute I heard Julia’s voice, I knew it was a must that I work with her. I have listened to thousands of artists in my 20 plus years as a producer, and I can confidently say that Julia is one of the best”.
